This is the maximum allowed displacement between the actual and ideal plate
edge positions on the transfer table. The edges are measured using the
inductive sensors on the two pusher vacuum towers. If the edges are out of
tolerance, then error 47639 "Plate not positioned correctly on the transfer table"
will occur.
If the default value results in this error occurring even when the plate is
"square enough" on the transfer table for reliable loading, then increase the
setting.
